WINTER SPRINGS, Fla. – A 19-year-old was arrested in connection with a bomb hoax at Winter Springs High School, police said on Thursday.

Kenneth Petruzziello, of Winter Springs, was arrested on charges of report of a hoax bomb, disruption of school functions and destruction of evidence.
Winter Springs High School was evacuated Monday morning because of a bomb threat, officials said.
Police said they used bomb-sniffing dogs from Orlando International Airport, the Orland-Sanford International Airport and the University of Central Florida to search every room of the school. The all-clear was later issued, allowing students to return to class.
Petruzziello was arrested and taken to the Seminole County Jail.
No other details have been released.
