ORLANDO. Fla. – An argument between a couple on Columbia Street in Orlando Wednesday, ended with the woman shooting at her boyfriend, police said.
Orlando police said they responded to a call from an alarm company after they witnessed Angela King, 46, walking down Columbia Street in Orlando, arguing with a man and eventually shooting at him.

When Orlando police officers ordered the pair to lie on the ground, they both refused. During the struggle, officers tried to take a bag that King was carrying. She refused to drop it, saying,"I can't because the gun is in there," police said.
Officers said, that while King was being processed, she reached into the left side of her bra and retrieved suspected contraband, put it in her mouth and began chewing. Officers ordered King to spit out the item but she refused. The officers then sprayed her and she spit out a green leafy substance and a small piece of brown wrapper, police said.
King was charged with attempted first degree murder with a firearm discharge, aggravated assault with a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, criminal mischief (less that $200), possession of cannibis (less than 20 grams), resisting officer without violence, introducing contraband into a county facility, destruction of evidence, possession of cannabis less than 209 grams and resisting an officer without violence, police said.
King's boyfriend was not charged and was released.
