ROCKLEDGE, Fla. – Three men wearing clown makeup tried to rob a woman and steal her car as she withdrew money from a bank in Brevard County, according to authorities.
The attempted robbery occurred Wednesday night at the SunTrust bank off Barton Boulevard in Rockledge.

Rockledge police said three males wearing hooded sweatshirts and their faces painted white with red marks above their eyes approached the woman around 8:30 p.m. and demanded the woman's money and car keys.
The woman ran to a nearby convenience store and called for help, and the assailants ran away, police said.
Nothing was taken from the woman, who was not injured.
The woman described the culprits as in their late teens to early 20s.
No video is available from the bank, officials said.
