Orlando police arrest suspect in shooting that sent 4 people to hospital

Officers discover 4 victims at Tip-Top Grocery on Parramore Avenue

ORLANDO, Fla. – At least four people have been taken to a hospital after a shooting Saturday night, Orlando police said.

Authorities responded to Tip-Top Grocery located at 446 S.Parramore Ave. at 8:58 p.m. Saturday for a shooting.

A mother and her daughter told News 6 they were inside when a man wearing a bandanna and sunglasses came into the store and fired shots.

Police said witnesses were able to provide a description of the man's vehicle, and he was located and placed under arrest in the area of Long Street and South Lee Avenue.

The suspect, Roy Stephens, was taken to Florida Hospital South for possible drug intoxication and observation

The victims were taken to local hospitals. Three of the victims are listed in stable condition, while the fourth victim is listed in critical condition.
