ORANGE CITY, Fla. – A man, who police say was intoxicated, was arrested after reportedly falling asleep as he and a woman pulled into the drive-thru of Steak 'n Shake over the weekend.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal reports Luis Otero, 35, was charged with exposure of sexual organs, disorderly intoxication, and possession of marijuana and cocaine.

Police said they were called to the Steak 'n Shake on Saxon Boulevard at 3:24 a.m. Saturday, where they found the 30-year-old female driver asleep at the wheel and Otero passed out in the passenger's seat.
When they woke up the couple, Otero urinated in the drive-thru lane, according to police.
Otero was arrested and searched, where police found cocaine, marijuana and $1,800 in cash in his pockets. Otero said the drugs were his, so the driver was not arrested, the News-Journal reports.
