Deputies: Suspect used cellphone to record video

PALM COAST, Fla. – A Flagler County massage therapist used his cellphone to record a woman undressing in the office before an appointment, Flagler County Sheriff's Office officials said.

Deputies arrested Justus Scott, 35, Friday evening after an investigation revealed he had set up his cellphone to play music and used it to record the woman who undressed completely before her private massage session, the news release said.

The incident occurred sometime between January 2016 and January 2017 at Wellness One Chiropractic. The affidavit states Scott is no longer employed there.

"At this point we have only one video showing one victim," Sheriff Rick Staly said. "We will continue to investigate and add additional charges until all potential victims and crimes have been identified."

The news release said deputies issued a search warrant for Scott's home and computer. His computer and any other electronic devices will be analyzed to identify any other victims.

Scott was charged with video voyeurism and released on a $5,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing. Deputies are asking anyone who believes they may be a victim to call at 386-313-4911.
