NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. – An 8-year-old boy from Nassau County burst into tears when he realized he was going to be a big brother.
Brady's mother, Ronda Hooper, posted the video to her Facebook page on Friday.
She gave Brady a gift bag with a "Big Brother" t-shirt and sonogram photo inside.
"What's it say? Big brother? I'm not a big brother!" Brady said as he read the shirt.
After seeing the sonogram photo, Hooper asked him, "What are these pictures?"
"A baby I guess?" Brady said. "Is that in your tummy?"
After his mom told him yes, Brady was overcome with joy and started crying.Â
He jumped up and down and then sat on the floor.Â
Hooper said Brady has been praying for a baby brother or sister every night for years.
The family, including big sister Savanna, will welcome the new baby in April 2017.
The video of the baby announcement had been shared on Facebook more than 1,600 times as of Tuesday morning.
