Orlando shooting at Belafonte Lane injures one, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. – A shooting at the 2100 block of Belafonte Lane in Orlando left one person in the hospital, according to the Orlando Police Department.

Police said they responded to the shooting at about 3:39 p.m., adding a man was at the scene with a gunshot wound.

The man was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive, police said.

OPD stated the suspect was arrested and is facing charges. No other information is available at this time.
