Man, 36, fatally shot at Apopka mobile home park; Orange County deputies ask for tips

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was shot Friday night in a mobile home park in Apopka and later died, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responding to a shooting at 8:16 p.m. in the 600 block of East 13th Street located Albert Gonzalez, Jr., 36, who was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead, a news release stated. The suspect ran away before law enforcement arrived, deputies said.

The investigation is ongoing and a potential reward is being offered for anyone who can provide information that could lead to an arrest, deputies said.
