2 found dead in murder-suicide at Orlando home, police say

Police responded to well-being check on Savannah River Way

ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman was killed and a man was found dead in an apparent murder-suicide at an Orlando home Friday night, according to the Orlando Police Department.

The department said officers responded to a home on Savannah River Way around 6:30 p.m. to perform a well-being check.

Police said it appeared to be a domestic-violence related incident.

The woman was identified as Emilys Jossys Alfonzo Moreno and the suspect identified as Eric Jeffrey Duncan, both 39 years old, police said. There was gun found at the home, though a cause of death with be determined by the medical examiner’s office.
