Man suffers life-threatening injuries in Orlando shooting

Police investigate shooting on West Anderson Street

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man was critically wounded early Wednesday in a shooting in Orlando, according to police.

The shooting happened around 4 a.m. in the 800 block of West Anderson Street, east of Orange Blossom Trail.

Orlando police said officers were called to the area and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, according to police.

No other details, including information about the suspected shooter, have been released.
