CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – A woman was assisted out of a burning mobile home early Saturday in Cape Canaveral, according to firefighters.

Canaveral Fire Rescue responded to Southgate Mobile Homes along North Atlantic Avenue, learning from Brevard County Sheriff’s Office deputies at the scene that the woman had been helped out of the mobile home and that fire extinguishers had been used to put out the flames, the fire department said on social media.

With assistance from Brevard County Fire Rescue, the firefighters worked to extinguish any visible flames and save the home from total loss, the post states.

No injuries were reported, according to the fire department.
