Six students had to be assessed by paramedics, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
The students were then released to their parents, who all refused hospital transport.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says its school resource officers are working with the school’s administration.
“We don’t anticipate this will be a criminal situation. It’s likely to be handled administratively at school,” a sheriff’s office spokesperson said.
No other information is available, including the ages of the students.
