Here’s when Central Florida schools let out for the summer — and when they return School districts gearing up to finish for the summer

ORLANDO, Fla. – Now that it’s May, school districts across Central Florida are gearing up to release their students for the summer.
As a result, News 6 has compiled a list of dates for when these districts let out this month, as well as when students are scheduled to return for the 2026-2027 school year.

Per each district’s website, those dates are as follows:

Correction:
While Brevard County schools were originally scheduled to release on Wednesday, May 27, an updated calendar has been released that shows the new date is Friday, May 22. As such, the article has been updated to reflect the new information.
