ORLANDO, Fla. – Three people have been arrested after a shooting at an apartment complex in Orlando on Thursday, which led to a pursuit that ended in Seminole County.
Police say surveillance video shows the occupants inside a black car and a black SUV shooting at two people on scooters at the Pendana at West Lakes Club Apartments on Orange Center Boulevard.

No one was hurt.
Officers quickly located the black car and took two people into custody, identified as 20-year-old Jacorey Lowery and 18-year-old Quincy Desponosse.
When police tried to stop the black SUV the driver refused. Police used the Orange County Sheriff’s Office helicopter to follow the SUV, who eventually parked the vehicle in Altamonte Springs and ran away. Orlando police officers say they were able to catch that person, identified as 17-year-old Semaj Blackshear.
Lowery is facing attempted felony murder charges, while Desponosse and Blackshear are facing principal to attempted felony murder with a firearm charges.
Blackshear is also facing charges of fleeing and eluding law enforcement at high speed, resisting an officer without violence, and violation of probation as a juvenile.
