Ribbon cutting set for new downtown Orlando theater

Mayor Buddy Dyer to help mark new relocation

ORLANDO, Fla. – Mayor Buddy Dyer is expected to help mark the opening of the new Mad Cow Theater in downtown Orlando.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at noon Tuesday at 54 W. Church St., where the theater has relocated to from its previous location at 105 S. Magnolia Ave.

The Mad Cow Theater has expanded its number of stages, performances, seating and services at its Church Street location.

Each year, the Mad Cow Theater produces more than 200 events with an economic impact of $1 million.

The theater will officially open its doors Friday, Oct. 5.
