The show makes stops all over the country, but has come under fire after drug-related deaths in other cities. Promoters in Orlando say they have a zero-tolerance for drugs.

Police told Local 6 they received 12 calls to the concert Friday night and that three people had to be taken to the hospital. Officials haven't said if any of those calls are drug related.

The concert continues from 1 p.m. to midnight Saturday.
