A 16-year-old Winter Springs High School student says she was raped in a patch of woods near the school last year.  Some suspects have said the sex was consensual; others said they didn't take part.

Juvenile suspect Tywuan Johnson at first accepted the plea deal against the advice of his attorney, but in the middle of the hearing turned to the attorney and said, "I don't want to do it."

After talking with the attorney and his mother, Johnson then decided to accept the deal and pleaded guilty to sexual battery by multiple perpetrators. He will be taken into custody for four years.

Josea Sims told the judge he does not accept the plea deal and the state will move his case to adult court. A new warrant will be issued and Sims will be re-arrested as an adult.

The court appearance comes a day after Tolbert Alexander pleaded guilty to sexual battery by multiple perpetrators and was sentenced to sanctions including probation.
