LAKE NONA, Fla. – Harry Michalowski has been serving up aces for years on the tennis courts.
The Lake Nona High School senior recently led his squad to the program’s first ever state championship. He also pulled a double duty: playing as number one in singles and winning a state title in doubles.
“We started out coming off the regional finals loss last year which we weren’t too happy with,” Michalowski said. “It happens. We gained a few extra players. Our hopes were pretty high this year, and we’re always working towards that goal. We had the goal in mind.”
