Orlando boxer Erickson Lubin talks upcoming fight on News 6

News 6 sports anchor Jamie Seh interviews 'The Hammer'

ORLANDO, Fla. – Saturday night is fight night on News 6.

Boxing returns to CBS Sports, live from New York at 9 p.m.

The co-headlining fight features Orlando native Erickson Lubin, who will fight Jorge Cota in a key super welterweight fight.

News 6 sports anchor Jamie Seh met Erickson as he trained for the fight in Casselberry.

"The 21-year old is confident and charismatic and he wants to be boxing's next great fight," Seh said. "A win Saturday night would keep him on that path and set him up for a WBC championship match."

Nicknamed "The Hammer," he calls his fists "Sledge" and "Jack," and they have served him well. Erickson is 17-0 since he turned pro three years ago and he hasn't lost a fight since he was 13.
