A longtime Park Avenue boutique is preparing for a major move after its owners say they were given just 30 days to leave the storefront they’ve occupied for decades.

After five years, the owners of the Oviedo Brewing Company announced that they would be closing at the end of February. It’s another loss at a mall that has been trying to reinvent itself, and with so many similar stories happening across Central Florida it begs the question, what does the future of the Oviedo Mall actually look like?

The Oviedo Brewing Company shared on Tuesday afternoon that it would be closing its business at the end of the month, according to a Facebook post.

A man was ejected from his car in a single-vehicle, rollover crash Monday morning on Interstate 4 in Osceola County before he was run over and killed by one or more vehicles, the Florida Highway Patrol said. The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from his car into the eastbound lanes, troopers said. Investigators believe the man was run over by more than one eastbound vehicle, with those drivers possibly unaware that they struck the victim, the FHP said. All eastbound lanes of I-4 are closed in the area for hours but reopened about five hours later.
