A man arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at a IHOP in Debary has been indicted on several charges, including murder, according to the Flagler-Volusia State Attorney’s Office.

The sheriff’s office believes Sammy McKnight, Jr., 31, shot and killed a man outside of a DeBary IHop on Friday. Now, the sheriff’s office is offering a $5,000 reward for his capture.

Deputies said they were able to arrest Sammy McKnight Jr., 31, Tuesday evening on a charge of second-degree murder following a fatal shooting at a DeBary IHOP.
