Patrick Gamache is asking a judge to throw out his no-contest plea, just weeks before he was set to be sentenced.

Newly obtained video shows the moment deputies with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office found and arrested a suspect after a woman was sexually assaulted on the Seminole Wekiva Trail in August.

A 20-year-old man has been taken into custody after a woman was attacked Monday on the Seminole Wekiva Trail, deputies said.

Deputies released a 911 call Thursday in which a woman recounted being sexually attacked near Seminole Wekiva Trail earlier this week and attempting to chase down the aggressor.

Deputies said that on July 17, a woman had been walking along the trail near Eden Park Road in Altamonte Springs when she was grabbed from behind.

Police said Dowling was located at the Seminole Wekiva Trail.
