Campbell is survived by her husband and four daughters, ages 17, 14, 12 and 10. Sanford police Chief Cecil Smith said Campbell was well known in the community. Ad“It was like, of course, she pulled over to the side of the road to help somebody. There is somebody in need, I’m going to go and help them.”Brockway said that the community is working to support the family.

Sanford police are searching for suspects after three men were shot at a home on Summerlin Ave last night. “I do think that they should probably patrol this area a little bit more (because there is) a day care right here,” she said. “If they probably patrolled a little bit more or patrolled the dangerous areas a little bit more, maybe this stuff won’t happen,” he said.

The wreck was reported at Hyer Avenue and Colonial Drive, which is closed from Mills Avenue to Summerlin Avenue. Orlando police said the traffic lights are out Mills Avenue from Amelia Street to Marks Street. We are asking citizens to find an alternate route at this time, police said in an email. Details about the crash have not been released.
