Trooper Steve On Patrol discusses new Move Over law in Florida
ORLANDO, Fla. – We have been able to speak a lot about the expansion of the Florida Move Over law . I can explain to you time and time again what the law says and what you should be doing, but I’d rather show you.
Today on Patrol , we focused specifically on the Florida Move Over law and how you should be negotiating your vehicle.
Any vehicle displaying hazard lights, warning lights or that has a visible present pedestrian are covered under the expansion of the Florida Move Over law . A violation of this law is a moving violation and comes with points on your license.
