According to an FHP crash report, the motorcyclist — so far only identified as male — was traveling westbound on Princeton Street, approaching Silver Star Road. The rider failed to negotiate a left-hand curve and the motorcycle ran off the roadway to the right, striking a curb before entering the grass shoulder, rotating counter clockwise onto Silver Star Road and propelling the motorcyclist off, the report states.

The rider was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
