WHAT IF I HAD A TICKET FOR THE CLOSED DATES?
Guests who had tickets to visit Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure on Thursday, Oct. 10 — or Volcano Bay on Oct. 9 or Oct. 10 — will be allowed to use their ticket to visit any day through Dec. 18.
To do so, guests can proceed directly to the entrance gate on the date of their choosing and present their ticket for admission, so guests will not need to call or visit Guest Services ahead of time.
The same policy applies to guests who purchased Halloween Horror Nights tickets for either Oct. 9 or Oct. 10, when the parks were closed. These guests can simply proceed directly to the haunted house or attraction entrance on the night of their choosing and present their ticket for admission (applies to Express Passes, too).
For guests who booked a Volcano Bay cabana or Marvel Character Dining reservation for Thursday, Oct. 10, a Universal Orlando team member will reach out to reschedule their visits.
In addition, guests can modify existing hotel reservations or vacation packages booked through UPRV by calling (800) 711-0080.
