2 suspects in custody for attempted murder at Cocoa apartment complex, police say

Victim shot multiple times at Dolphin Apartments in Cocoa

Rashad Henderson, 35, and Keena Bacon, 29, are accused of shooting a man in Cocoa, police say.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Cocoa police said Friday that a second suspect has been arrested in connection with a November shooting at an apartment complex where a man was shot multiple times.

The shooting at the Dolphin Apartments complex on Peachtree Street was reported early in the morning on Nov. 11, police said. Authorities on the scene found one victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The 44-year-old victim survived his injuries, police said.

Detectives issued arrest warrants for two suspects, Rashad Henderson, 35, and Keema Bacon, 29. Bacon was arrested last week and is charged with attempted murder, police said.

The second suspect, Henderson, was captured and is in custody, police said Friday.
