DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A Volusia County judge on Wednesday issued a $50,000 bond for the man accused of kidnapping his daughter nearly five years ago.
Aaron Cox was booked into the Volusia County Jail overnight after being extradited from Miami.

Deputies say Cox, who did not have legal custody of his daughter, took his then 8-year-old, Cara, during a weekend visit.
A tip last week led authorities to the mountains outside Mexico City, where Cox and his daughter were located.
Cara was reunited with her mother, who hadn't seen her daughter in more than four years.
