ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Deputies on Monday are searching for four people who they say beat, tried to rob and then shot at a man near an Orlando store.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, the attempted robbery happened Sunday night near the Food Lotto convenience store on Americana Boulevard.

Investigators say the victim was beaten and shots were fired at his car as he drove away from the scene.
The victim was treated at a hospital and released.
No description of the assailants was released.
