Ocoee man convicted on child pornography charges

Timothy Sedlak faces up to 30 years in prison

OCOEE, Fla. – An accused computer hacker who was charged with child pornography has been found guilty in federal court. 

Timothy Sedlak, of Ocoee, was found guilty Thursday on two counts of using a minor to produce child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.

Sedlak, 42, was charged last year after federal investigators went to his home to investigate allegations that he hacked into a Manhattan charity's database.

During the investigation, 30 computers were seized from his home. Investigators said that is when they found more than 300 images of child pornography. 

Sedlak now faces up to 30 years in prison.
