Intruders shoot way into Orlando home, terrorize couple, deputies say

Victim treated for minor injuries

ORLANDO, Fla. – As many as four intruders shot their way into an Orange County home, terrorizing a 23-year-old man and his girlfriend, deputies said.

The home invasion was reported just before 3 a.m. Wednesday on Little Teak Street near state roads 408 and 417.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office said at least three culprits fired a shot through a sliding-glass door and entered the home. The intruders demanded property from the man, who complied, deputies said.

The man suffered minor injuries, possibly from shattered glass, deputies said. He was treated at the scene.

The assailants fled the home.

An investigation is continuing.
