PALM BAY, Fla. – A 15-year-old Brevard County boy faces child porn charges after he recorded two students having sex and shared the video on Snapchat, according to authorities.
According to Palm Bay police, an officer last month spoke with a middle school girl, who said she was in the video with another person.

The boy who made the recording was seen in the video and was identified by the girl, police said.
The girl said the video was taken without her knowledge or consent, according to police.
According to an affidavit, the boy was arrested last week and faces charges of production of child pornography, distribution of child pornography, video voyeurism and making a false statement to a law enforcement officer during official business.
