LAKE PANASOFFKEE, Fla. – Two men were shot at a home in Lake Panasoffkee early Saturday, Sumter County deputies said.
Deputies said the shooting took place about 12:53 a.m. at a residence on County Road 426-A when a fight broke out between the men after one of them showed up to the home with a gun.

Both men were shot multiple times during the fight, deputies said. The men were airlifted to Ocala Regional Medical Center, where they were both in stable condition, the Sheriff's Office said.
The shooting is still being investigated, deputies said.
