ORLANDO, Fla. – An alligator was secured after being found on a sidewalk, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.
The Sheriff's Office received several calls Thursday about an alligator on a sidewalk near Silver Star and Good Homes roads.

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission was notified. Deputies said the alligator was secured and taken to another location.
The alligator was said to be 4 to 5 feet long, according to deputies.
