PALM BAY, Fla. – A girl was shot in Palm Bay Tuesday evening, according to the Palm Bay Police Department.
The shooting was reported around 6 p.m. on Washington Street NE.

The child’s condition is unknown.
A police officer at the scene didn’t provide the child’s exact age but said the girl is under 10 years old.
Police said they are not seeking any suspects in connection with the shooting.
