DeLand police looking for information on man who attacked 81-year-old

DELAND, Fla. – DeLand police are looking to figure out the identity of a man who attacked an 81-year-old inside a business.

According to a news release, the incident occurred on Sept. 11 at a downtown DeLand business. Police released a surveillance photo, seen above, of the attacker.

The victim suffered a cut on his head as a result of the attack, officers said.

Investigators said they do not know why the 81-year-old man was attacked.
