Ocala home left in ruins after fire, pictures show No injuries reported, fire officials said
Crews battle fire in Ocala Wednesday afternoon (Ocala Fire Rescue)
OCALA, Fla. – An Ocala home was devastated Wednesday afternoon after a fire tore through the building, leaving it in ruins, according to Ocala fire officials.
Fire crews said they responded around 12:04 p.m. to the home, which was located at the 1700 block of Northwest Fourth Street.

In a release, fire officials said crews searched through the building, though there was no one inside. Pictures released by Ocala Fire Rescue show the extent of the damage to the home.
Crews searched the home and found no one inside (Ocala Fire Rescue) No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is still unknown, the release shows.
