NeoCity is a semiconductor and technology hub that explores “the latest trends in smart sensors, photonics, and optics,” according to its website.

Earlier this month, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer announced a plan to use a noted conflict resolution expert to facilitate input from the families and survivors in the development of a permanent Pulse memorial in the city where the shooting took place.

No other details about the Osceola County memorial were released at this time.
