6/23: Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found including two under storage rack located in the dish area, two on single use items on the shelf over triple sink and one on the floor in dish area
6/24: Met inspection standards
FLAGLER BEACH
Cajun Beach – 1112 S. Ocean Shore Blvd.
6/23: Live, small flying insects found including four flies in front sushi area and on cookline. 21 rodent droppings found, including 14 to left back corner of refrigerator, four in back right of refrigerator, and three in front left corner. Rodent holes found in corner of walls.
6/24: Follow-up inspection required
MERRITT ISLAND
Island Hotel of Space Coast – 260 E. Merritt Island Causeway
6/24: Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found, including six in service aisle closet, eight in dry storage room, three in electrical room, five in room next to employee restroom, five in dish area and 22 in kitchen on shelves and under equipment. Rodent burrow or rodent nesting materials present.

6/26: Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found, including one live roach on sticky tape underneath table-top oven, seven live roaches on sticky tape underneath microwave on top of “Magic Chef” refrigerator/freezer, three live roaches on sticky tape on floor underneath handwash sink in kitchen, two live roaches on sticky tape on floor in kitchen next to pineapple juice cans, thee live roaches on sticky tape on floor in corner of kitchen behind prep table. 16 live roaches total.
6/26: Facility Temporarily Closed: Operations ordered stopped until violations are corrected.
