ORLANDO, Fla. – After a fight was reported at an Orlando nightclub last week, Orange County deputies announced that a “young man” came forward about his involvement, leading to the arrest of a 17-year-old.
In a release, investigators said the incident originally happened on Aug. 7 around 9 p.m., when deputies were performing off-duty work at Knight’s Library, a nightclub along University Boulevard.
At the time, a fight broke out, leaving one person hospitalized in the aftermath, deputies added.
News 6 later learned that a woman — identified as Olivia Noguera — had suffered a fractured skull and a brain bleed when two men began fighting inside the club. She told News 6 that the crowd had pushed her toward the altercation.

On Tuesday, though, deputies say a young man came to one of the sheriff’s office substations to speak with deputies about his involvement in the incident, deputies revealed.
“After hearing his account and further examining evidence in the case, on Wednesday evening, detectives arrested Abdiel Joel Aldea Valcarcel on one charge of felony battery,” the release reads.
