Man tries to land job at Disney by putting up billboard on State Road 535

He said working at Disney is a dream job

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man attempting to land a job at Walt Disney World put up a billboard on State Road 535 to get noticed.

Brandon Fox said a job at Disney would be his dream.

"I want to be the assistant to all cast members to make sure that they are all taken care of," Fox said.

The billboard reads, “Dear Walt Disney World Executives and HR, experienced EA/PA Professional seeking position as a WDW Assistant."

It provides his phone number and an email address.

"I can’t imagine how many resumes Disney gets every day. I just wanted to think of a way to show that I’m not just a piece of paper, and that I needed to stand out somehow," he said.

Brandon Fox is a Central Florida native, but he is currently in New York.

When asked how much this resume cost, he said, "I don’t want to say that because I don’t want my wife to divorce me. It’s worth it."

News 6 contacted Walt Disney World, and asked them what they thought about Fox's efforts to land a job with them.

"We appreciate the creativity and encourage anyone interested in a role with us to apply at disneycareers.com," said a spokesperson.

"That’s perfect. That’s music," he said.  "They gave me the goosebumps, honestly."

Fox said he's already applied on line, and he is now waiting to land that job.
