What's a social media prenup?

New trend in modern relationships

With people revealing so much about themselves, their loved ones and their exes online, it was only a matter of time before couples started to draw up social media prenups.

The new trend of digital dating says what couples can and cannot post online.  Most of the agreements are money-based, meaning someone may have to cough up as much as $50,000 if they post an unflattering picture of their significant other.

If you think social media won't impact your relationship, you might want to think again.  A recent study found that about a third of divorces can be linked to Facebook use.
