Woman killed in crash on Easy Street in Ocala
OCALA, Fla. — The Ocala Police department is investigating a crash that left one woman dead Tuesday afternoon. A 57-year-old woman involved in the crash was taken to a local hospital with traumatic injuries but she later died. Eastbound Lanes of Easy Street were blocked for hours from the Walmart to Southwest 24th Ave. while investigators worked to figure out what happened. The dog was last seen running towards the Panera Bread near the intersection of Easy Street and Cala Hills Drive.

The victim was dragged beneath the car and and became dislodged in the 500 block of SW 1st Avenue.
