Expect a breezy and toasty day across Central Florida

Afternoon highs warm into the upper 80s before cooler air and showers move in early this week

ORLANDO, Fla. – Sunday looks like it’s going to be another toasty day in Central Florida with afternoon temperatures climbing into the middle-to-upper 80s, which is above normal for this time of year.

Expect the winds to pick up from the west, between 10-20 mph. Overall, it’s shaping up to be a perfect day for hitting the beach or lounging by the pool.

But don’t get too comfortable just yet! Changes are on the way for Monday as a cold front sweeps in, increasing the chance of rain to about 40%. You might even hear a rumble or two of thunder as a few storms roll through.

By Tuesday, the sunshine returns, and the rest of the week looks fantastic. Temperatures will rebound back into the 80s and the sun will be out in full force.
