Vigil held for brothers killed on Super Bowl Sunday

Antonio Jones, 34, Christian Jones, 16, gunned down inside Metro West condo

ORLANDO, Fla. – Family members of two brothers killed on Super Bowl Sunday held a vigil Sunday.

Antonio Jones, 34, and his brother, Christian Jones, 16, were gunned down after getting off an elevator inside a Metro West condominium complex on Feb. 7.

Their mother, Stephanie Jones, said her family is still mourning the loss. The family held a group prayer with their pastor Sunday, a time when they said other families are enjoying their Labor Day weekend.

Jones asked that anyone with information on her two sons' deaths to come forward.

"My sons were everything to me," she said. "And who did this, they basically took half of my heart away. I have to go on every single day of my life without my boys. I mean, I dearly love them. All I'm doing is, I want answers. I want justice."

Stephanie Jones said that she's been in contact with Orlando police detectives weekly.

Police at the time said the shooting was not random, but they still haven't made any arrests.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimeline at (407) 423-8477.
