The employee told the officers that he was angered by Darr’s comment toward his wife, who is a server at the Madisonville restaurant. According to the employee, Darr called the waitress over and allegedly used crude language to describe her physical attributes, the newspaper reported. According to Moses, the gun had a fully loaded magazine and a round in its chamber. After watching the video, Moses placed Darr under arrest, according to the newspaper.

The employee and three customers inside the restaurant at the U.S. Highway 15 exit on Interstate 20 in Bishopville are expected to survive the shooting around 4 a.m., the sheriff told The Associated Press. ORLANDO, Fla. – A 31-year-old man was shot in the chest during a dispute outside of a Waffle House in Orlando Monday, according to police. The victim, identified as Christopher Smith, was shot during an altercation in the parking lot at 5350 South Kirkman Road, OPD Lt. Wesley Whited said. New Waffle House going up on Maricamp Road in Ocala

After nearly two years in the works, a Waffle House on Maricamp Road is finally coming to fruition. The 1,635-square-foot building is going up next to the Circle K at 4605 SE Maricamp Road. Once complete, the restaurant will be the only Waffle House in Marion County not located near Interstate 75. Three other Waffle House locations operate in the county and are located near the I-75 exits at State Road 40, State Road 200 and County Road 484.
