Overnight lows to hit the 30s in Central Florida
ORLANDO, Fla. – The clouds cleared over Central Florida in time for a great sunset on Monday. The lack of clouds, winds from the north, and dry conditions will lead to a quick drop in temps. The low in Orlando will hit 43 degrees. The normal low this time of year is 54, so tonight is a chilly one for the area for early December. We will hit 40 for the low in Orlando.
Here come the 30s: Rainy start leads to damp, cool day in Central Florida

Orange County reports increase in tourism taxes for 6th straight month

Ball of fire rages from semi on Florida Turnpike
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A semi caught fire early Monday on the Florida Turnpike in Orange County, shutting down the roadway for hours. The fire was reported in the northbound lanes of the turnpike near State Road 417. The northbound lanes were reopened hours after the fire was extinguished.
Man ejected, run over, killed in I-4 rollover crash in Osceola County
A man was ejected from his car in a single-vehicle, rollover crash Monday morning on Interstate 4 in Osceola County before he was run over and killed by one or more vehicles, the Florida Highway Patrol said. The man, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from his car into the eastbound lanes, troopers said. Investigators believe the man was run over by more than one eastbound vehicle, with those drivers possibly unaware that they struck the victim, the FHP said. All eastbound lanes of I-4 are closed in the area for hours but reopened about five hours later.
