PORT ORANGE, Fla. — An 85-year-old man, who is a registered sex offender, is accused of offering a woman $100,000 to buy her young daughter. It’s not the first time he has been accused of offering to buy a child at a grocery store. In 2018, Kolb was arrested after police said he was accused of attempting to buy an 8-year-old girl from her mother for $200,000 at a Walmart. At the Winn-Dixie, police said when they asked Kolb, he admitted that he asked to buy the young girl before starting to laugh. An officer said in the police report that he then contacted Kolb’s probation officer to let them know about the incident.

My quibble was with the jalapeño-cilantro sour cream served with the empanadas – it, conversely, made each bite too weighty. Tara's a Pennsylvania transplant, so it's no surprise she pays homage to DiNic's inside the Reading Terminal Market with a herb-roasted pork sandwich ($12).

Medically vulnerable individuals under the age of 65 will need to present the FDOH form for physicians to certify that they are extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 and eligible to receive the vaccine. Those planning to get the shot under the “extremely vulnerable” criteria should have this form filled out by their doctor.
Winn-Dixie begins administering COVID-19 vaccinations
Winn-Dixie began administering COVID-19 vaccinations at stores all across Florida on Thursday. According to Southern Grocers, Inc. the company that owns Winn-Dixie, the grocery chain was expected to receive 8,100 doses of the Moderna vaccine through the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. Appointments for vaccinations at Winn-Dixie locations can be made by clicking or taping here. Irene, 79, and Cal Blenis, 86, went to Winn-Dixie Thursday morning to try and find out more about the COVID-19 vaccine but they were told appointments were booked for the day. Chick-fil-A sauce lovers, rejoice! Chick-fil-A is entering the grocery business with bottles of its signature and Polynesian sauces, CNN reports.
