Double dose of ‘Aladdin’ at 2020 MegaCon
ORLANDO, Fla – MegaCon is about to take fans to a whole new world. Scott Weinger will now join Mena Massoud to sign autographs and meet with fans of the Disney films. The addition of Weinger comes nearly a month after MegaCon officials said Massoud would be attending. Weinger was set to appear at MegaCon last year with Linda Larkin, who voiced Jasmine, but both had to cancel due to scheduling conflicts. Massoud took on the lead role in Disney’s 2019 live-action “Aladdin,” and is also known for playing Tarek Kassar in Amazon’s “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan."
‘Addams Family’ star Christina Ricci coming to MegaCon Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla – Celebrity Christina Ricci is the newest celebrity announced for the MegaCon Orlando convention. The Golden Globe, SAG and Emmy award-winning actress made her film debut in 1990 in the film “Mermaids." Aside from films, Ricci was seen playing the title character in the television series “The Lizzie Borden Chronicles,” for which she earned a SAG Award nomination. She most recently starred in the Amazon original series “Z: The Beginning of Everything,” for which she also served as a producer, MegaCon leaders said. Ricci will be at MegaCon on April 18 and 19 to sign autographs and offer photo opportunities.
Class is back in session: ‘Saved by the Bell’ stars coming to MegaCon Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla. – Were you saved by the bell? The cast of the hit 90s sitcom “Saved by the Bell” are getting back together at MegaCon Orlando this April. Stars Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Mario Lopez and Elizabeth Berkley will be making appearances and giving autographs and photos to fans. “Saved by the Bell,” which first aired in 1989, followed a group of friends who navigate through high school exams, relationships and breakups. MegaCon Orlando runs April 16 to 19 at the Orange County Convention Center.
